If you are able to receive payouts for referrals, you will receive them once per month for the referrals you referred who has signed up with us that month. Disclaimer: RESPA does not allow Realtors to receive payments for referrals; however, your returned clients with a credit profile that's able to close is the payment for you referring them to us. We make sure that your clients return to you for their real estate needs.
